BLS Course Options

Key Skills and Techniques
Performing chest compressions at a rate of 100-120 per minute, allowing the chest to recoil between compressions fully.
Providing breaths to the person in need of CPR.
Knowing how to attach an AED to a person, turn it on, and follow the AED's instructions.
Performing the Heimlich maneuver or other techniques to dislodge an object from a person's airway.
