BLS Healthcare Provider Blended Course

This course will be held in the old couble-decker business office building, next to the old hospital at 503 E. Highland Ave.

You will not be able to park on the backside of the building, as it is reserved for ambulance parking only.

This course is provided using the Health & Safety Institute curriculum.

Course cards are good for 2 years.

No refunds, however if you are unable to attend your scheduled skills date, you will be allowed to reschedule for the next skills check date.

The credit will not exceed 30 days past original scheduled course date.

Once you register for a Skills Check date and time, an online access link will be emailed to your from info@hsi.com.

Your online training needs to be completed prior to your skills check, no exceptions. Online training can take 1.5 to 2.5 hours to complete.

On the day of your Skills Check, arrive at the Highland Campus at 503 E. Highland Avenue. Enter the building from the side door on the first floor, closest to the EMS parking garage.

REVIEW~

1. Purchase and register for a course, a "training link" will be sent to you within 24 - 48 hours from info@hsi.com.
2. Complete the online portion and print the completion certificate.
3. Bring the certificate with you to your scheduled skills check.

You will not be allowed to complete the skills portion, without first completing the online portion. No exception!
