About this event

We ground ourselves through an uplifting hike, enrich our organs with energizing breath, dance into higher vibrations, and reawaken our innate powers in a meditative immersive in nature! This sacred experience is a celebration amongst women and men who are devoted to practicing collective ventures that expand the prowess of divinity so that such prowess can fuel every facet of our holistic health and wellbeing. Join us as we establish a beautiful connection with like minded beings in this 2 hour exploration of cardio, stretching, dance, mantra, yoga and meditation!

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wear movable, breathable clothing (warm clothing)
  2. Please arrive 10 minutes early
  3. We leave promptly from 7317 Mulholland Drive at 8am
  4. The Hike to our Ceremonial location includes a brisk walk and a light jog
  5. ***Be Mindful of Parking Rules*** (Please read the signs clearly)
  6. There are no restrooms nearby (Please be mindful of this)
