Join us for a day of connection with self and with the women we hold dear in our lives.
This event will provide the mothers/mother-figures and their teen daughters (age 12-18) with the opportunity to reflect on their relationship with self, as well as gain insight into how to cultivate environments that inspire growth. Together, we’ll learn how to bloom into the best versions of ourselves and thrive!
Activities include:
- “Healthy Relationships” workshop for daughters
- “One Unit: Family & Self” workshop for mothers
- “Rooted in Resilience" mindfulness workshop for all attendees
- Mother+daughter games & activities
- Luncheon

This event is free & open to all mothers/mother-figures in the community & their teen daughters (age 12-18), with lunch provided for all attendees!
