Come join us for a morning of fun, fitness, and self-care at zeno Health Club this Summer!

Enjoy a 45 minute Rhythm cycle 🚴🏻 class with Holli, a 45 minute Calisthenics class, our signature bloom chats and Q&A - where we discuss all things training, balance and life! We create the most gorgeous safest space for you to be YOU 🍃✨

Refuel with our very own Balance Kitchen and delicious mimosa's and juices from the The Juice Hub🩵🫐🍌

Our events are all about all guilt free fitness, making friends, connection and finding the fun in movement again 🫶🏼 Everyone is welcome and we want you to realise that movement is for us all!
