Join us for this one-day retreat experience where you are invited to soften, root, and trust that when you are nourished blooming happens na
Bloom Without Force is a Rooted Transformation experience designed to bring you back into the natural rhythm of your body, where growth doesn’t come from pressure, but from presence.
In a world that teaches us to push, strive, and prove, this space invites you to slow down, soften, and root into safety. Through intentional practices, rituals, and embodied guidance, you’ll be supported in releasing the patterns of force and reconnecting to the quiet power of your own becoming.
Together, we gather in community to ground, to open, and to remember when the roots are nourished, the bloom happens on its own.
The day will include:
Sacred Planting with Casie Coyle
The session invites you into a guided meditation aligned with the wisdom of the current season, helping you attune to its natural rhythm of growth, release, renewal, or rest. Through this meditation, you will connect with clarity around your dreams and goals, allowing fresh energy and intention to rise to the surface.
You will then plant a take home plant, consciously weaving your intention into the earth. As you care for your plant, you will also be tending to your vision, allowing it to unfold in its own natural timing.
Somatic Practice with Mariah Gatt
In this session, we return to the body as the place where real change happens. Through grounding and somatic guidance, you’ll learn to stay with yourself in uncertainty, without forcing, fixing, or abandoning your truth.
From this place of safety, your next step doesn’t need to be chased. It naturally unfolds.
Infused Honey Making & Tea Connection Ceremony with Megan Eby Albert
This experience is designed to bring participants fully into the present moment through taste, scent, and aroma, woven with intentional ritual. Each woman will be invited to create her own sensory tea blend selecting the herbs she feels called to and mindfully brew it in ceremony.
As the tea steeps, we will slow down, awaken the senses, and explore what it means to grow gently and intentionally. Participants will then craft a personalized infused herbal honey to take home, anchoring their intention into something both tangible and nourishing.
This offering blends herbal wisdom, embodied awareness, and collective connection creating space for women to bloom without force.
What to Bring:
• A water bottle
• A light, nourishing lunch. We will take a 30-minute break to eat and replenish. We recommend salads, protein, fruits, or vegetables. We will be moving into somatic work after lunch, so avoid anything too heavy.
• The space provides yoga mats and bolsters. If you prefer your own mat, bolster, blanket, pillow or chair for added comfort, please feel free to bring it.
