Frequently asked questions

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE THERE?

The BLOOM! retreat is capped at 10 attendees due to space.

IS BLOOM ONLY FOR WOMEN?

The practices in this retreat will call to your softer, intuitive, feminine side. But I've found that both men and women in our culture need healing in this area. My recommendation: No matter your gender, if the BLOOM! retreat description and topic speaks to you, then come.

HOW REMOTE IS SKY POND? (WIFI DETAILS, ETC.)

Sky Pond is located about 10 minutes from Apex, via Hwy 64. The location is reached by driving down a short, gravel drive. The grounds are quiet and peaceful. However, other homes and the retreat owners are close at hand should an emergency arise. Doors are locked during practice.

HOW ACCESSIBLE IS THIS RETREAT?

Be aware that the grounds are natural and have uneven surfaces, switching between paving stones, gravel, grass, and dirt. We will be alternating between the yoga studio, which is only reached by a set of stairs, and the art and gathering area downstairs. For yoga, we will be getting up and down.
