Jesicca Aloha life’s passion is to share the gift of healing methods that have help her live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.Jesicca found yoga in the early 2008 and it was then when her life began to transform in ways she never thought possible. She was able to overcome depression, destructive behaviors, unhealthy habits and relationships. Yoga, meditation and essential oils is the path that had lead her to be who she is today.She became a personal trainer in 2008 after experiencing amazing results with weight loss and overall wellbeing.Jesicca continues to expand her knowledge by educating herself and doing the work daily to inspire others and maintain improve her health and well-being.She has studied a wide variety of modalities in the field including Holistic Nutrition, many styles of Yoga, Vedic Thai and the Powerful Benefits of Essential Oils.Jesicca’s classes and sessions are unique, creative, heartfelt and effective, she the perfect example of beauty, grace, health, creativity and professionalism
