Activities included:
- Art Therapy - Learn the therapeutic qualities of art, art therapy, and create your own self-reflective collage.
- Essential Oils & Crystals - learn about moon water, healing crystals, and essential oils with Anna Ogden, LMSW of HHHC. Create your own elixir spray bottle!
- Bioregulation & Red Light Therapy - Use our Bioregulation chair and red light therapy to help your body heal different ailments.
- Meet Dr. Lynnette Guida, Naturopathic Doctor and Licensed Acupuncturist
- Oracle & Astrology Chart Readings with Hannah Stacy, Certified Health Coach and Yoga Instructor - add on this $10 session at the event! Hannah will be taking cash or Venmo for a mini oracle reading or mini astrology chart reading (please bring your exact birth time, date, and place for astrology readings).
