Spring is a season of renewal, and this series is designed to help you embrace growth, gratitude, and transformation through yoga, meditation, and journaling. Each session will guide you to plant new intentions, release what no longer serves you, and step into the season with clarity and confidence.


Schedule & Format

🖥️ April 5 & 12– Virtual Only (Join from anywhere!)

🏡 April 19 & 26 – In-Person + Virtual (2529 Frederick Douglass Blvd, NYC)


All sessions are Saturdays at 10 AM (EST) and will include:

✔️ A 45-minute yoga flow (accessible for all levels)

✔️ Guided meditation for reflection and relaxation

✔️ Journaling prompts to deepen your self-awareness
