<p>Join us at Streamline Physio for our International Woman's Day Celebration: BLOOM &amp; BUILD. We designed this event to be your one stop shop for holisitc wellness: nutrition, fitness, rehab, and community! Join us for a bodyweight workout led by the incredible Lioness Fitness team, delicious treats from Grace Coffee, and your chance to win raffle prizes a plenty from amazing women owned local business. Prizes include DEXAFit scans, FLUX Nutrition's Lifestyle Overhaul, F45, and more! Additional raffle tickets can be purchased day of to double your luck - those proceeds will be donated to a local charitable organization!</p><p>Your ticket includes raffle tickets and the exclusive BLOOM &amp; BUILD T-shirt (while supplies last). Come hang at with all of our favorite local woman owned business as we move, sweat, eat, chat, and WIN!</p>

We want to be sure everyone has a chance to move! The day will start and end with a workout led by Lioness Fitness's Kelley Sinclair! If you can make in by 10:30 join us for ROUND 1 - if not there will be another chance to sweat at 12:15 PM
