Bloom: A Spring Wellness Experience

Bloom: A Spring Wellness Experience

William R Mason Regional ParkIrvine, CA
Saturday, May 2  •  9 AM - 11 AM
Overview

For the woman ready to slow down: qigong + intuitive art in nature to realign your energy

Bloom is a gentle, outdoor wellness experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and come back to yourself.

We’ll begin with a grounding qigong session to regulate your nervous system and ease you into the morning. From there, you’ll be guided through an intuitive art meditation using watercolors and pressed flowers—a creative practice to help you process, reflect, and express what’s been on your heart.

This experience is perfect for women who have been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in the constant doing of everyday life—and are craving a softer, more intentional space to just be.

No artistic experience needed. Just come as you are.

Wear something floral or flowy if you feel called ✨
