During a lunch setting, we will have an open discussion with attendees about one of the most talked about yet perhaps misunderstood topics in nutrition today - food labeling. With a panel of relatable experts, including a registered dietician, a grower and an ag industry influencer/farmer, we will discuss what food labeling really means and how to read and understand these labels to help inform the decisions you make when choosing how to feed your family. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in an interactive taste test spurring conversation and providing consumers with the facts they need to more critically weigh their options in the grocery store. -->
