Open Crafting for All (Adults, that is!)The Craft Coven and Upstairs at Abyssinia are teaming up to create a monthly making sesh! The third Wednesday of every month we will take over the second floor back room at 229 South 45th Street to create a pop up maker studio, with a different planned project every month. Though we do ask for materials cost, we encourage you to come out whether you want to participate with the project or just bring out your own WIP to work on with the group. Reach out to Info@TheCraftCoven.org to request a free ticket to any Abyssinia event. Februarys Craft: Block Printing Cash only for the bar but they do have an ATM on site.Organized by The Craft Coven, this event is part of a community oriented series of creative enrichment projects focused on affordability for all. For more information on the group's missions and to get involved more widely check out https://www.TheCraftCoven.org and become a Member for all the inside opportunities and classes.Accessibility: This location is unfortunately only accessible by stairs. The event will be held on the second floor. Walk into the side entrance, go directly up the steps, and the door all the way to the left is where we will be. This event is held at a bar. It is not in the bar but there will be drinking present. Anyone age 16+up is welcome to participate with the craft project and will be able to access the event without walking into or through the bar.
