Variety Show Alumni Committee

Just as the Internet revolutionized the very idea of information, blockchain seems set to challenge and transform conventional notions of “value.” A lot of the technology’s success, however, depends on businesses’ understanding of its potential and applicability.  In this session, Ted Epps, leader of Deloitte Consulting’s Insurance Blockchain practice, will provide an overview of blockchain including its relationship to bitcoin, describe how blockchain works, and detail the increasing market for blockchain technology across all industries and around the world.
If you are like most people, you’ve heard a lot about all of this stuff. Finally try to figure out what all of this means and if you need to get on board.
