Blessing of the Animals and Remembrance Service for Beloved Pets

Join us in conjunction with Patricia Brown of Spiritworks and Susan Lara of Peace of Mind Pet and House Sitting in this celebration of the animals who bless our lives!
We invite you to join with fellow animal lovers in this dual remembrance and blessing
service. Our hope is that those who grieve pets will find comfort, and current owners will
enjoy celebrating the bond they share with their animal companion. We will also honor
the veterinarians, dog walkers and groomers, shelters and sanctuaries thanking them
for their kindness and compassion.
Cats, dogs, rabbits, goats, and all animals with whom we share this earth, hold a special
place in our hearts. The blessings we bestowed upon them and they on us fill our hearts
with gratitude for the gift of their presence in our lives.
Registration helps us in our planning, though drop-ins are welcome.
Additional information:
- Those coming to remember their beloved pets are asked to bring a photo.
- Well-socialized pets are welcome to the Blessing of the Animals Service.
- Less social pet owners are invited to bring a photo for a blessing.
- Animals will be separated by species.
- Keep pets on no more than 6-foot leashes. No retractable leashes, please.
- Pets in crates and in arms are also welcome.
