Come retreat for a day up at Red Bench Retreat Center, located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. Begin your day by slowing down as you learn how to bind your own journal. After enjoying a delicious lunch outside on the deck, Pam Shore will spend the second half of the day sharing about her journey with artistic journaling and guiding you through some best practices when using water colors, ultimately leading you through creating your first page! You will leave with a journal, helpful starting tips, and fresh inspiration for you to begin this new journey.
