Blend with the Winemaker

Spend time with our winemaker, Frank Renaldi learning how he blends his wines. He will explain how to bench test the perfect blend of individual wines to create a complex and excellent final product.

We will break into teams of four, and each team will work to create the best blend. Your team will choose three out of the four wines to create your blend!

This class will be held in the winemaking area surrounded by our tanks to create a true winemaking experience! If you really loved your teams blend, you have the option to bring home a bottle of your own creation for an additional $25!!
