We're turning 10 and you're invited to join us for at Blend for a birthday bash that's all about making you feel good.

<p>Come along to our warm and fuzzy birthday party that's all about making you feel good with something for the mind, body and soul.</p><p>Ticket price includes group guided meditation and laughter yoga sessions as well as a number of Reiki taster sessions available to reserve on the day. In addition there'll be a light networking lunch with a chance to meet like-minded people and of course cake! (no birthday party is complete without cake)</p>
