BLC is back!
Board Leadership Calgary is excited to announce we are back to hosting our in-person one-day learning event for non-profit leaders in the community.
Topics & Learning Opportunities
This years event will provide a broad overview of topics and learning opportunities to support you and your learning journey. There will be a mixture of workshops, supported discussions, networking opportunities and expertise from professionals in the sector.
We are finalizing the list of topics and speakers, you will be able to register for specific opportunities shortly.

- Board of directors basics - strategy and planning, by-laws and policies, succession planning
- Funding & fundraising
- Volunteerism - recruitment and engagement
- Inclusive non-profit cultures and practices
- Human resource supports - Mental health and the work place
- Social innovation and tools
- Non-profit marketing and social media
Costs
Early Bird Pricing: $65 (includes fees and taxes)
After May 1: $80
Prices include lunch and refreshments.
Please note: Registrations are non-refundable, but may be transfered to another person by contacting boardleadershipcalgary@gmail.com

There may be bursaries available for organization's that may requrie financial support. Please inquire for details.

Please note you will registration is required before the event. We will not be accepting registrations in-person on the day of the event.
