BLAQUE

BLAQUE — EVENT POLICY

Welcome to BLAQUE — South Florida’s premier Caribbean Christmas experience. We’re excited to host you for an unforgettable night of music, style, culture, and elevated vibes.

Tickets, Tables & VIP Packages
All ticket purchases, table deposits, bottle packages, and VIP packages are final sale and non-refundable, except where required by law or as otherwise stated in this policy.

Weather & Postponement
BLAQUE is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of severe weather, emergencies, venue-related issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, the event may be postponed or rescheduled for the safety of our guests, staff, and performers.

If the event is rescheduled, purchased tickets, tables, and VIP packages will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will be issued only if the event is fully canceled without a rescheduled date, subject to the terms of the applicable ticketing platform.

Entry Requirements — 21+
BLAQUE is a 21+ event. All guests must present a valid, government-issued photo ID for entry. Tickets do not guarantee admission if age or identification requirements are not met.

Dress Code — BLACK ATTIRE
BLAQUE is an upscale all-black experience. Guests are expected to arrive stylish, polished, and dressed appropriately for an elevated evening event. Black attire is required. Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests whose attire does not meet the event's dress-code standards.

Enjoy Responsibly
We want everyone to have an incredible and safe night. Please drink responsibly. Management and venue staff reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest when appropriate.

Our Vibe & Environment
BLAQUE is a safe, respectful, and inclusive experience. Positive energy only. Harassment, fighting, threatening behavior, excessive disruption, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

No Weapons Policy
Weapons, firearms, knives, or other prohibited or weapon-related items are strictly prohibited. Anyone violating this policy may be denied entry or removed from the event without refund and may be subject to venue security procedures or applicable law.

Getting Home Safely
For your safety, we strongly encourage guests who plan to drink to use a designated driver, rideshare service, taxi, or other safe transportation option.

Photography & Media
Photography and video recording may take place during BLAQUE. By entering the event, guests acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in photographs or video captured for event documentation, promotional, social-media, and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

One change I made intentionally: I didn't carry over WHYTE's “rescheduled within 30 days” promise. There is no reason for BLAQUE to contractually box itself into a 30-day rescheduling window unless you specifically want that obligation. I also changed the dress code from “strongly encouraged” to required, because BLAQUE is specifically an all-black event.

And, of course, everything is BLAQUE — B-L-A-Q-U-E, not “BLACK.”
