About this event

  • 1 hour

The Confluence at Fort Calgary (where the Bow River and the Elbow Rivers meet) is a special place for the Siksikaitsitapi (Blackfoot) people. It is the place where Napi created the land where Calgary is now situated. Please join our Calgary Parks team as we honor Blackfoot (Piikani) elder Noella Wells as she shares the history and teachings of this very special place.

We hope to see you there.

NOTE: Please look for a white 10 x 10 tent on the pathways to the west of Fort Calgary for the meeting location.
