Black Women's Wellness Retreat 2024

Every year in late July, the Black Women's Wellness Retreat is hosted in Runaway Bay, Jamaica. Fifteen beautiful, Black women venture across the ocean to a private villa where they gather in sisterhood and love to learn from each other.

These women have the unique opportunity to gain new knowledge from other Black women who have been identified as experts in the field of Psychology, Nutrition, Naturopathic Medicine, Physical Fitness, Wealth Management and more. The end goal: to increase each woman's mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. And, to promote self-care.

This retreat, created by a Black woman and led by black women, brings a new and fun way to heal, to breathe and to learn and explore one's self without the pressures of life obligations.
There is laughter and tears, good food, great drinks and amazing company. These women step out of their comfort zones, climbed actual waterfalls and prove to themselves that they are worthy of the same patience, love and care they show others.
