To holistically empower the Black community, combining physical, mental, and spiritual wellness practices with community support.

Do you have to be religious?

Although many of our participants have some religious background and many churches allow us to use their spaces, this is not a religious event. This is for those who identify as black and are pursuing holistic wellness.

What is sound healing and breath work?

Sound healing and breath work are forms of experiential therapy. Science shows that specific sound frequencies and breathing patterns can release stress, anxiety and even trauma from the body. We use those to heal our community.

What to wear/bring to the event?

Attendees should wear comfortable attire and bring a yoga mat, water bottle, notepad, pen, blanket, bolster (if you have lower back pain), and an eye mask. For your convenience, yoga mats will be provided and eye masks will be available for purchase at the venue.

Are there leaders available for guidance?

Certainly. Our event is blessed to have a board certified chaplain as well as a trained spiritual leader who provide emotional support or spiritual guidance nurturing an environment of understanding and collaborative growth.
