Join us this Friday at Circle Park! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this event is for you! You are welcome to join us no matter your age, your ethnicity, your race, your sex or your gender. I created this space with the intention of healing my own community of black women.

What do I wear?

Wear whatever makes you the most comfortable and allows you the freedom of movement. Sometimes it’s cold at the park bring a blanket and wear layers.

Can I join if I’m not a black woman?

Yes. As long as you are aware of the intentions of the space and you come with respect anyone and everyone is welcome to join.

If my homegurl cancels last minute do I still have to pay the solo ticket price?

Yes. If you come to the class and your friend cancels last minute, you must pay the $22 for your first solo class.

Can I bring a friend who is not a black woman?

Yes. You can bring your man or your friend, whomever you feel would appreciate the vibe and respect the space.
