Black Girls on the Mend

Black Girls on the Mend is a therapeutic process group taking place in McPherson Clinical & Consulting Services' beautiful Wyncote, PA office led by Aspen McMillan, MA. In this group, you will:

• Learn stress management and positive coping skills
• Have a safe and confidential space to decompress, process, and learn more about yourself
• Receive support from like minded sisters
• Develop resilience and self love
• And so much more!

In order to maintain a safe, therapeutic space, this group is solely dedicated to women of the Black diaspora.

We will meet weekly, in-person, to promote continutity of care.

Light refreshements will be served and plenty of free parking is available.
