Unity in Education: Exploring Gender Equity for Black Educators

Join us for a dynamic Black Educator Institute Focus Group where we will discuss innovative strategies to empower and support Black educators in the education system. This in-person event will provide a platform for sharing experiences, networking, and collaborating on ways to promote diversity and equity in education. The primary aim of this focus group is to delve into the experiences, challenges, and opportunities faced by Black educators, specifically focusing on gender-related aspects within the community. It aims to identify and discuss the unique intersections of race and gender in the field of education and to explore ways to enhance opportunities and address challenges faced by Black educators.Following the completion of this form, an in-person will be hosted at our ACE Office.

- Features 5-15 educators, both male and female
