Bits & Bytes (MiHIN's Monthly Workshop) - March

The Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services (MiHIN) is Michigan’s state-designated entity to improve health care quality, efficiency, and patient safety by sharing of electronic health information statewide, helping reduce costs for patients, providers, and payers. MiHIN is a non-profit, public-private collaboration that includes stakeholders from the State of Michigan, Health Information Exchanges that serve Michigan, health systems and providers, health plans/payers, pharmacies, and the Governor’s Health Information Technology Commission.

Join us for MiHIN’s Bits & Bytes: a monthly workshop where stakeholders can connect directly with MiHIN solutions' designers and managers.

Join us for Bits &amp; Bytes the following to dig in to MiHIN’s state-wide interoperability offerings around the design, development, and implementation of application programmable interfaces (API) to the MiHIN Statewide Advance Directive and eConsent repositories that enables healthcare providers including: hospitals, post-acute facilities, ambulatory practices, substance use disorder facilities, care managers, and those with active care relationships with patients to be notified or made aware of specific care needs and preferences for their patients.Establishment of an AD Repository<ul><li>Document Query and Retrieval </li><li>Vendor-agnostic API for the Inclusion of Other AD Vendors</li><li>Patient-Choice Notification for Absent, Existing, and/or Expiring ADs and eConsents (SPI Related) Reporting and Analytics</li></ul>
