Description
Bits and Bending is back to the Sweetwater just in time to kick off the holiday season--a little time onthe mat and a little laugh in our bellies.
A little shopping will be on hand, of course! We are welcoming back a bunch of crowd faves: Freda Salvador who will have a curated selection of shoes on hand just for us; Hyde Yoga back with their amazing wares for on the mat or out and about; Natalie Fairbrook and her essential oils-- bad ass bi*ch essential oil package; and Satcha Malas with her beautiful malas picked out just for us.
Breakfast will be provided by the Sweetwater along with cofffee and tea. Expresso and specialty coffee drinks are available for purchase.

Hilah and Bex were introduced by wise friends who knew they would be a match made in heaven. They wanted to share with community what brought them together-- 6 kids between them, middle-age staring them down the barrel and valuing levity in their lives. Partnering again to collaborate, Bex offers wisdom and spaciousness on the mat and Hilah turns on the mic to infuse the experience with laughs and candor.
