Is this a one time event or series?

Bite the Elephant is a monthly speaker series. Each month brings two new experts and a different angle on health and wealth. The June 25 event is the inaugural session.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 5:30 PM for arrival, mingling, and ordering drinks. The program kicks off at 6:00 PM sharp. Arriving a bit early gives you time to settle in and meet a few people before the speakers start.

How long does the event run?

Accepted Answer

Plan for two to two and a half hours. The structured program (speakers and Q&A) runs about 90 minutes, with time before and after for dinner, conversation, and connecting with the speakers and other attendees.

Can I arrive late or leave early?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The format is set up so you can slip in or step out without disrupting anything. That said, the speakers and Q&A are the main draw, so try to be in your seat by 6:00 PM if you can.

Can I bring a colleague, partner or friend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please do. The more diverse the room, the richer the conversation. They’ll just need their own ticket.

Question 6

Will I be asked to speak, introduce myself, or participate publicly?

Accepted Answer

Only if you want to. The Q&A is open mic style for those who want to ask questions, but nobody is called on. You can attend the entire event quietly and still walk away with real value.
