Christa Lynch, Founder + Executive Chef Christa is a classically-trained chef who specializes in elevated comfort food. She is the chef/owner of Brooklyn Braised, a boutique culinary concept offering full-scale event services in the NYC area. Chef Christa champions equity in the culinary space with 100% of Brooklyn Braised vendors being minority and women-owned. She is also currently the Executive Sous Chef at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. Throughout her career, Chef Christa has worked with other notable chefs including Daniel Boulud and David Burke. Christa has received numerous honors, including Next 1000 (Forbes), Woman of Courage (Serena Williams & Bumble), a COVID-19 Hero (then Brooklyn Borough President, Eric Adams), and "50 Most Fascinating People" (Brooklyn Magazine).
