Birthing From Within

We have been cultivating love in families since 2009.

Thresholds

When you leave this class you will feel confidant, informed and excited to birth your baby!

How?

You will build a coping mindset that will enable you to do whatever it takes to birth your baby. This happens because each class is tailored for you—not a syllabus! Parents and birth companions are mentored in: mindfulness practices, hands-on comfort measures, birth basics, and how to move beyond worrying to access innate wisdom.

Saturday & Sunday, 9-5 each day, 1 hour lunch break

or

6 week Thursday night series, 6:30-9:30
