Birthing Basics 4-Week Course-Virtual

***Now offered virtually through Zoom through May 2020! It will be a live class in which participation is encouraged, so please have a device with a camera available. This platform can be accessed via computer (website link) or tablet (app). The link for accessing the meeting will be sent one day prior to class.***

This class will run for four (4) consecutive weeks. Come learn how to recognize labor, what is happening to your body during labor and delivery, and both natural and medical options for comfort. We will practice natural comfort techniques such as breathing, relaxation, positioning, and massage. We will also talk about what to expect with medical interventions, such as IV medications, epidurals, cesarean sections, and inductions.
