Come with your favourite yoga mat or blanket if you want to sunbathe. Afro-Indigenous Birth Keeper Melissa will lead us into a rejuvenating yoga session, followed by a meet and greet with fellow birth workers. Share experiences, tips, and tricks while enjoying the park's beautiful surroundings. Don't miss this opportunity to recharge and connect with others in the birth community!
