Our company empowers women’s health at every stage of life through events that foster community, education, and wellness. With expert-led workshops and resources, we create spaces for women to prioritize their health and well-being.

Performance Optimal Health, alongside CircleMoms, is hosting a workshop for pregnant women at any stage, designed to equip you with powerful tools to help you confidently prepare for pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.The event will be guided by women’s health experts, including pelvic floor physical therapists, a postpartum doula and a pre-natal exercise specialist. Meet and Greet

Our hosts will introduce themselves and review the anatomy of pelvic floor as well as common pregnancy pains they will address.

Introduction to the Pelvic Floor

Participate in an exercise class where you will practice pregnancy-safe exercises.

Exercise Class

Learn about safe positioning, options for birthing, as well as things to do leading up to birth (such as deep squats, breathing exercises, perineal massage, PFA relaxation, and more).
