Birth Foundations - July Class

A local childbirth education course designed to give you the information you need from a passionate professional who knows the options in your area!

Instead of our typical 2-session format, we’ll be combining it into one longer class for this month. Get all your childbirth questions answered in this convenient Sunday afternoon offering by doula Abby Cape.

To start, we’ll walk through the labor process and the essentials of creating a birth plan that aligns with your values. Together, we’ll explore your birth priorities, learn how to navigate decision-making during labor, and talk through what truly matters most for your birth experience.

After a short break, you (and your partner!) will get hands-on practice with labor positions, comfort techniques, breathing strategies. We'll cover ways to support your body and mind through each stage of labor.
