Aquacare's Birth, Body, Ready prenatal classes will help you prepare for labor and delivery. Learn about your body anatomy, pelvic positioning, movement and exercise, and hear about our favorite products! Each day will include Q&A opportunities.
Classes are held 6-8 p.m. via ZOOM.
Wednesdays with the Aquacare Lewes team: May 8, 15, 22, and 29th
You can also purchase single classes if you cannot attend the entire 4 weeks.

Weekly Breakdown:
Week 1: Learn About Your Anatomy, Optimal Breathwork, Movement Basics
Week 2: Education on breath work and pelvic opening, Pain control with breathing, Favorite Product Recommendations
Week 3: Education on labor and childbirth, Birth prep tips, Roles of support person, Support persons are welcome to join!
Week 4: Education on postpartum healing, Presentation by Breastfeeding Specialist, Exercise routines, and Q&A.
