Led by experienced birth professionals, Lauren Stuart: perinatal fitness instructor and birth educator, and Ashley Helton: doula and birth educator, this workshop will provide valuable insights, tips, and resources to empower you in making informed decisions about your birthing experience.

During the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to:
