Throughout the year, BCRP hosts various events, welcoming residents to experience the city's parks in new and exciting ways. Birds, Bourbon, and Bacon has quickly become a favorite in our Signature Event lineup. We are back for year two!
Delight your senses at Birds, Bourbon, and Bacon with guided bird watching, bourbon tastings, and a full brunch menu! You’ll get to experience Cylburn Arboretum like you never have before!
Things to Note for the event:
- Footwear: Cute yet comfortable footwear is recommended as there will be walking involved as you explore the grounds of the Cylburn Arboretum. While comfort is key, feel free to add a touch of flair to your attire to complement the stylish ambiance of the event.
- Exploration: Prepare to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you travel the scenic grounds of the Cylburn Arboretum while indulging in birdwatching.
- Brunch: After the birdwatching adventure, get ready to tantalize your taste buds with a delicious brunch featuring savory dishes, several types of bacon, and other delectable treats.
- Bourbon Tastings: Elevate your experience with high-end bourbon tastings, where you'll have the opportunity to savor and appreciate the rich flavors of carefully selected bourbons and whiskeys.

This intimate, adult-only event (for 21 and over) is on June 2 from 11:00 am to 3 pm. See you outside!
