Topics covered in this course include anatomy, consensual decisions, healthy relationships, consequences of risky behavior, prevention, STD symptoms and testing, and where to find more information or help. This curriculum is evidence-based and medically accurate. Our goal is to educate, create a positive impact on the youth in our community, and ultimately reduce the rates of STD infections in our community. This class is for teens ages 12-15 years old. A parent or guardian must be present during the class.

The cost of the class is $30 per family, meaning you can bring multiple children if they are within the same family. This ticket also covers one or both parents or guardians. Class will be held at the at the Foundation for Wellness Classroom (4630 Ambassador Caffery Pkwy. Bldg. A.) If you go through the main sliding doors, we are the first double doors to the right. A parent/guardian must be present with their child at all times during the program.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations must be within made within 48 hours of registering to receive a refund or reschedule. Registrants will forfeit refund if registration is not cancelled within 48 hours of registering. Registrants can re-schedule a class one time. If registrant fails to attend the rescheduled classes, he/she will not be able to reschedule, and funds are forfeited.

All classes offered by the Foundation are designed to help children and adolescents achieve a better understanding of self and surroundings which will lead to making good decisions and healthy choices that will ultimately result in happy and successful adults.

All of the classes offered by Foundation for Wellness are available during select times throughout the year at the Foundation for Wellness Classroom located at 4630 Ambassador Caffery Parkway, Building A, Suite 100. Classes are also available upon request, minimum attendance requirements apply.
