Please follow these directions from 10,000 Waves:
-From 10K Waves, continue to drive up NM 475 (Hyde Park Rd) towards the ski basin (about 11 miles).
-You will drive through Hyde Park.
-You will pass Big Tesuque Campground.
-You will pass Aspen Vista.
-You will pass the overlook.
-There will be a visible, distinct parking area on your left, just past the overlook. Pull in here.
-There will be a sign at the trailhead for the Norski Trail
-If you reach the ski basin, you have gone too far.
-Note there are no restroom facilites at this area. The trail is a mild incline with some rocks and roots.
After the outing, join us in-store for a special presentation at 11am with Josiah, where he will discuss Fall Migration. Whether you’re new to looking at birds or a seasoned birder, this is a great opportunity to learn, look, listen, and enjoy the birds around us. Join us for one or both events.
