Welcome to the BIPOC Rest Retreat! Join us for a free rejuvenating experience at Make-It Springfield 286 Bridge St, Springfield. Space is limited so please ONLY REGISTER IF YOU PLAN ON ATTENDING. This event is a space for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to come together, relax, and heal. Connect in safe community, experience live healing music, and enjoy tea, snacks and rest practices. This retreat is designed to provide a safe and inclusive environment for BIPOC individuals to unwind and prioritize their well-being by creating space to rest in a world that exploits our labor and imaginations. We can't wait to rest with you. This program is supported in part by a grant from the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
