Frequently asked questions

How should I prepare for the meditation?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to sit without distraction. We will provide necessary cushions and props to support your meditation practice.

What if I don't know how to meditate?

No prior experience is necessary! Our sessions are beginner-friendly. We start with a guided meditation to help you get settled in. Meditation is a personal journey, and there is no "right" way to practice.

How long is each meditation session?

Our meditations are generally brief and accessible to all experience levels. We begin with a 15 to 20 minute guided meditation, followed by a brief silent meditation. The entire session, including opening and closing reflections and the meditation, typically lasts around 45 - 60 minutes

How does meditating in a group differ from meditating alone?

Group meditation brings a unique sense of collective energy, which many find healing and supportive. Practicing in a community setting can foster a sense of accountability, allowing participants to experience the comfort and strength of not being alone on their journey.
