Come enjoy Breathwork in a BIPOC space. This will be a safe space for sharing and growing the BIPOC Wellness community. We&#x27;ll discuss what it means to set an intention for the breathwork session. What the breath means from the Navajo perspective and how it relates to our creation story. We&#x27;ll discuss the benefits of breathwork. How you can use different types of breathwork exercises to relieve stress and anxiety or improve focus and energy. At the end of the session, we&#x27;ll discuss the importance of holding Wellness spaces created BY and FOR BIPOCs. We&#x27;ll also open the floor to discuss the impact of not having Wellness spaces for ourselves and how we can introduce BIPOC family and friends to healing modalities aside from Western medicine, that are scientifically proven to be effective.How to prepare:<ul><li>Stop eating 2 hours before the session (10 am PST)</li><li>Make sure you have a quiet place to lay down</li><li>Make sure you have a consistent internet connection</li></ul>What to bring:<ul><li>Water</li><li>Headphones for the best sound experience</li><li>Something to write with</li><li>An open mind</li></ul>Donation-based.
