A lay-led BIPOC mindfulness practice community working towards individual and collective liberation through the practice of self-awareness and the cultivation of loving-kindness, compassion, joy, inclusivity, respect and trust.

“Still Lake” is a bow to the Great Salt Lake. The Great Salt Lake is the largest saltwater lake in the Western Hemisphere, the eighth largest salt water lake in the world and is under threat due to human impact and climate destabilization.

“Sangha” is a Sanskrit word which means “assembly” or “community”

We will meet every fourth Monday
