Bioengineering Day 2026

Bioengineering Day is an annual event that celebrates UC San Diego’s top-ranked bioengineering department.

Attend UCSD’s largest Bioengineering event of the year: Bioengineering Day! This event brings together 400+ students, industry professionals, and faculty for a full day of innovation, networking, and celebration of Bioengineering. Each year, Seniors, BS/MS, and graduate students within the Bioengineering program present their year-long capstone projects at BE day. Industry judges, faculty, students, and other visitors provide feedback to these amazing projects.

Additionallly, we host a keynote speaker, the last round of quizbowl, and free food for all attendees! Join us in this momentous event to celebrate UCSD's Bioengineering, coinciding with the 60th year anniversary of the department.
