Gritters Library

Bingocize® is an evidence-based health promotion program that strategically combines the game of bingo, health education, and exercise.&nbsp;Bingocizers meet twice per week for ten weeks and play games consisting of exercises designed to improve all functional fitness including range of motion, balance, muscle strength, and cardio-respiratory endurance, learn about falls prevention, and, of course, Bingo.Participants should plan to attend all 20 sessions in order to get the most out of this program.&nbsp; Intended for ages 18+&nbsp; and will be held in person at the Gritters&nbsp; Library.Space is limited and registration is required.
