King of Diamonds, Rules and Regulations

1. All purchases for King of Diamonds are cash only.

2. Pot will be held at a minimum balance of $1,000.

3. Ticket purchases may be made in the Firehouse Brewing Company or the Firehouse SkyBox with the Bartender.

4. All tickets will be placed into the tumbler by a manager, no guests will have access to the tumbler.

5. Drawings will take place at 8:00pm on Saturday.

6. At the end of each weekly drawing all tickets will be destroyed

7. At the time of drawing, one name will be drawn. If not present a phone call will be made from the bar phone. If no answer the guest will have 10 minutes to call back. If a call back is not received a new name will be drawn and the process will continue until a winner is selected.

8. Once selected the winner will have the opportunity to pick a numbered card, the manager on duty will flip the card over.

9. If the King of Diamonds is picked the Total Pot will be split as described below, as determined by the weekly Audit conducted by managers on Thursday. If the King of Diamonds is chosen, cards will be shuffled and re-distributed on Thursday after the drawing.

a. 75% if Present

b. 50% if not present

10. If a card other than the King of Diamonds is picked the member will receive 10% of the Weekly sales as determined by the weekly Audit conducted by the managers on Thursday.

11. If the King of Diamonds is not chosen the card that is chosen will remain face up in the locked display case until the following weeks drawing.

12. Cash will not be held on premises and winnings may be picked up 1-2 business days after the audit is conducted. Winners will be contacted by a manager when available.

13. All funds beyond winnings from King of Diamonds are directly contributed to Rapid City Firefighter Challenge Team.

14. Any Winners in excess of $600 or more will receive a W2-G

15. Any Winner in excess of $5,000 will be taxed at a rate of 28% as per IRS guidelines. (This can be withheld from the cash prize and paid on a Net Basis)
