Christy Fair and Fedje Lang are spearheading.  It is our job to make your voice and your gift possible.Christy@bilconference.com, Fedje@bilconference.comDune Harmon will be providing speaker lead support.Dune@bilconference.comElizabeth Reynolds is our lead instagator, :).  Generalist in creating connections.Tomas Verde is our host at Chicken Coup Studios and is providing all the support he can.Reichart Von Wolfsheild is providing virtual support in various ways, Sabrina Williams will keep us legal, Michael Cummings and Cody Bailey created a website that all BILders can use and will be onsite at the event.It takes a village of participants to volunteer and make BIL happen.  As you know, we don't have spectators and attendee's, we have participants who are each signing in to be responsible for creating this weekend.  On top of all of our participants speaking and providing intereactives, there are always around 10 - 25 rock star volunteers who organize AV, work the registration table, provide social media, or solve challenges before Fedje and I ever know about them.  We thank all the organizers who make this event happen.
