Columbus’ original city-wide ride since 2008, Bike the Cbus is a bicycle tour, for all ages and abilities, highlighting our city’s many attractions and unique neighborhoods. This event typically draws hundreds of participants! Be part of the energy and excitement of this event which supports Yay Bikes! mission to influence the conditions that help people safely and comfortably ride bicycles for transportation.
W e're very excited about our new venue this year...Land-Grant Brewing Company! Another change for this year is that the expo will be held the day of the ride from 9:30 am (when riders are arriving) until 3:00 pm (when the event ends). This means all riders will be able to stop by your booth before or after the ride. In addition, there will be hundreds of patrons just visiting Land-Grant throughout the day! This should give you exposure to many more people than previous years!
Expo Space
- A ll vendors will be located outside
- Each vendor will receive a 10'x10' space (tables and chairs are NOT included)
- WiFi is available
- Reservation deadline is May 15, 2024
Vendor/Exhibitor Fee
- Nonprofits/Ride Groups - Booth space is free - up to 10 spaces available for nonprofits/ride groups, first come-first serve
- Vendors - $50 for each booth space
- All participants are required to donate an item, valued at $25 or more, for our raffle.
Logistics
- Setup time: 8:30-9:30 am on June 1, 2024
- We cannot guarantee a power hookup, but will try our best to accommodate these requests.
- F ood Trucks will be available throughout the day for everyone.
